This group covers Japanese, Korean, Thai, Vietnamese, Indian and other Asian cuisines that are not Chinese, and the etiquette varies by kitchen. Japanese and Korean restaurants often take reservations for dinner and may add a service charge for large groups; Thai and Vietnamese spots are usually walk-in and quick-turnover. Spice levels are frequently adjustable on request at Thai, Indian and Sichuan-adjacent menus, so say if you want it mild or hot. Korean BBQ restaurants typically charge per person for all-you-can-eat service with a time limit, and grills are shared at the table. Vietnamese pho shops post bowl sizes (regular or large) and a plate of herbs, bean sprouts and lime is normal to add yourself. Card and tap-to-pay are widely accepted; cash-only is more common at small family-run counters.

Stockton is in California, on the West Coast, where the climate ranges from foggy coast to hot inland valleys, wildfire season can affect air quality in late summer, and traffic is the main thing to plan around. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Stockton follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

This was my first time visiting this place, and unfortunately, I think it was a very disappointing decision. We ordered the 3 mixed parathas, but they had almost no stuffing and were undercooked. On top of that, we were charged $30 for the meal, which definitely wasn’t worth the price.I believe the owner should pay closer attention to what their employees are serving to customers. The quality of the food did not meet expectations. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this place to anyone.

On the way from Sandigo CA to Oregon, I found this place through google. I didn’t read the reviews and went straight to the restaurant or food cart on Sunday morning. I asked the menu and found everything I needed for breakfast. I ordered boiled eggs, samosas, milk tea and tawa bread. It took about ten to fifteen minutes and everything was ready. I am from Afghanistan but to be honest, I loved the food the prepared. It was freshly cooked, clean and tasty. There were two gentlemen working and both were amazing. I liked them. I had my wife in this trip and asked her the food review and she said it was excellent. The only recommendation for this business in my opinion is to arrange a table and a few chairs outside for some customers. Other than this it’s a good place specially for highway travelers. It would be my food stop in future.

Just found this truck on my way. It's OPEN 24/7!! They have indian menu and Mexican menu as well which is great. They also have Desi murgha which is a plus plus. I asked if it was Halal and generally they all say yes but they were very honest with me and told me it was halal but machine slaughtered which some Muslims eat but some don't and I preffer hand slaughtered. So huge respect for that! Ordered Samossa chat and daal makhni Both taste good. I'd recommend eating samossa chat fresh by the truck bcuz their to go boxes are very strong and seal and softens the samossas. Their customer service is really good. I haven't tried other food yet so will do an update soon. What i was impressed the most with when I opened the bag to get food out, enough amount of napkins, packed new utensils, a disposable plate, two different sauces and really good packing of the food it was hot even after 15 mins. Food genuinly is at least 3.8 stars but I'm Pakistani and our flavors are totally different so it might a 4.5 star for Indian people. The food I got was pretty good.
